Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of hidden curriculum in religiosity from the viewpoint of elementary teachers in Masjed Soleiman province in the academic year 2017-2018. This research is considered as applied and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population was 372 people and 215 people were selected through multistage random sampling. Standard questionnaires of Hidden Curriculum of Taghipour and Ghaffari (2009) and Dindari Khodayari Fard et al (2009) with reliability coefficient of 0.91. And 0.95 were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated by experts, and Pearson correlation and regression tests were used for data analysis. Findings show that the components of hidden curriculum (school physical structure, school social atmosphere, Social relationships in School, information and communication technology, and encouragement and punishment mechanisms) have a positive and significant relationship with religiosity. The findings also show that 35.7% of the religiosity changes are due to the influence of hidden curriculum components.
