Publication Ethics

Greetings Dear authors; Please pay attention to the following points when writing and editing articles:

 

Since the two quarterly journals of new strategies for teacher training, as a scientific quarterly, do not have the objective of publishing the results of researchers and promoting and spreading scientific materials among the audience and the scientific community, therefore, it considers it obligatory to be firm in observing ethical principles in the field of science. And in the way of promoting and expanding honesty in science and observing the principles of ethics in science, he should do his best.

In this regard, two quarterly journals of new strategies for teacher training, by examining the principles of ethics in conducting research work, respecting the principle of trustworthiness, humane principles in conducting scientific research, as well as ethical principles in the field of publishing materials and accepting laws such as Ethics in Publication (COPE), Access Publishers Association Open Access to Scientific Materials (OASPA) as well as believing in open access of researchers to published scientific materials, has expressed its positions in this regard:

 


A: Ethical principles of the journal:

1- The journal believes that the access of all contacts and researchers to the published scientific materials should be free and open.

2-     The principles of ethics in science and the observance of the principle of trustworthiness among the scientific community and researchers must be observed.

3- The authors of the articles must refrain from any copying and falsification of information in the articles submitted to the publication.

4- The publication has taken serious action with the author/authors who falsified information or failed to respect the confidentiality of the article and submitted it to the publication, and after the fact has been determined at each stage of the review or even after the publication of the article, It has been dealt with and this matter will be announced on the website of the publication and the wrongdoers will be blacklisted by the authors of the publication.

5- The journal will refuse to review or accept the articles of people who are on the black list of authors in the future.

6-      If it is determined after the publication of the article that the author/authors have committed a crime in publishing the said article (including falsifying information, not complying with the principle of trustworthiness, perjury, etc.), that article will be removed from the archive list of the article and While informing in the next issues of the magazine and the website of the magazine, the names of the wrong people will be on the black list of authors.

7- The journal will refrain from publishing scientific articles that do not comply with the principles of ethics in science.

8-     The publication will always maintain impartiality in investigating the complaint received and tries to make decisions in a fair and just manner.

9-     If a mistake occurs on the part of the publication in the information provided in an article, the publication will courageously accept its mistake and correct the mistake by reprinting the correct information and announcing it in the issue of the publication and the website of the publication.

10- While preparing the commitment form for the authors, the publication has tried to respect the rights of the authors.

11- The journal is diligent in maintaining the principle of trustworthiness in the content of the articles and makes every effort to respect the intellectual property rights of the authors.

12- By providing sufficient and complete explanations on its website regarding the ethical principles of the publication, compiling a guide for authors, the scope and fields of attracting articles of the publication, it has the utmost transparency with its audience.

13- The journal believes in observing the principle of arbitration and impartial judgment regarding the refereeing of articles and will refrain from publishing articles that have not been refereed or have been unfairly refereed.

14- The journal believes that in accepting the articles, the refereeing process should be done in full and at least two of the three primary referees should have a positive opinion about the received article.

15- The journal believes that in order to prevent possible bias or bias in the judging of the articles, the judging should be done in a double-blind manner, that is, the author/authors of the articles should not have any information about the names of the referees and also the referees regarding the names of the authors of the articles. .

16- The journal tries to make the refereeing forms for all received articles as well as the refereeing process for all articles the same and fair.

17- The journal tries to make the judging process transparent and with the utmost precision.

18- The journal will carry out the necessary investigations regarding the objection of the authors to the results of the arbitration and, if necessary, will appoint new referees and carry out a re-arbitration.

19- Regarding the complaints received regarding the articles published in the journal regarding fraud, copying, etc., the journal will carry out the necessary measures for a more detailed investigation, while observing the fairness in the judgment and Complete neutrality will inform the parties of the investigation results.

 

Ethical principles related to referees:

20- Honorable referees must be extremely careful in the refereeing process of each article and act on the refereeing of the article based on the refereeing forms predetermined by the journal and respecting fairness and scientific standards.

21- Honorable referees should always try not to fail to provide solutions or constructive suggestions to the authors in order to improve the quality of the article.

22- Respected referees must have the principle of trustworthiness in reviewing the received articles during the refereeing.

23- Respected arbitrators should do their best to speed up the arbitration and always keep in mind the time schedule for arbitration.

24- Respected referees must inform the editor of the journal about the cases in which there is a possibility of unfair judgment about a particular article, so that the referee of the article can be changed.
