Abstract
In this article, the educational system, internship course and its implementation method in Ain Al-Shams University of Egypt are discussed. In the Egyptian education system, teacher training has played a role in the reform of teacher education and training as a process of self-direction, self-reflection, self-evaluation, and pre-service and in-service training has been followed with a coherent model. The purpose of this study is to study internships in Egyptian universities and how to attract and prepare student-teachers in teacher training centers. During the service, the duties of the tutor and the internship process are discussed. The research method is analytical-descriptive and the sources used are some of the websites of the Ministry of Education and universities of Egypt and some Arabic books and articles published in the field of internship. The results of this study show that the Egyptian education system is sensitive to admission and success in the entrance exam and conducting interviews, and a program is planned for student-teacher internships to learn how to learn and how to learn. Organize yourself. The special feature of internship in the educational system of Egypt is its specialization and the internship program in Egypt is done in four stages, which is the most important stage of teaching; Because the tutor is responsible for preparing, planning and completing the lesson, the student's teacher.
