Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explain and compare the components of competence and professional effectiveness of the graduates of continuous undergraduate courses of Farhangian University with other inputs of the Ministry of Education This research was conducted in a mixed method and sequential exploratory type, in which the phenomenological method was used in the qualitative part and the descriptive-survey method was used in the quantitative part. The statistical population of the qualitative part included 10 professors of Farhangian University who were selected purposefully. A semi-structured interview tool was used to collect data. The statistical population of the quantitative part consisted of 200 graduates of the undergraduate courses of the Farhangian University and educators of the Literacy Movement, who were randomly selected in a cluster. The tool for collecting this part was a questionnaire, which qualitative data was used for its construction. In the quantitative part, the results indicated that the undergraduate students of Farhangian University are more than the students of the skill. Other entrants have the knowledge, attitude, skills, and desirable personality traits to enter the teaching profession.
