Abstract
The present study aimed to model the indicators involved in evaluating the performance of the education system in carrying out the Document of Fundamental Transformation. The study was applied in terms of its goals and a descriptive survey in terms of its nature. The population included elites in the system of education out of whom, 30 informed scholars were purposively selected for the study. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire made up of 33 items. The content validity of the instrument was corroborated by the professors in the field. Moreover, the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability of the questionnaire was determined at 0.92. The data were analyzed by carrying out the exploratory factor analysis and Friedman’s test using AMOS and SPSS. According to the findings, five main indicators were detected as the indicators involved in evaluating the performance of the education system in carrying out the document of fundamental transformation. In other words, input, output, processes, content, and consequences were ranked one to five based on their significance. Nevertheless, there was no significant difference between the indicators in terms of their priority.
