Presenting The Pattern of Recruiting Faculty Members at Farhangian University

Abstract

The present study is qualitative in terms of practical purpose and in terms of how to collect data. Since the present study sought to obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the components of the faculty recruitment model of Farhangian University, so we tried to use qualitative data to achieve this goal. Therefore, a qualitative approach was used in this study. In this regard, the research has been conducted with a qualitative approach, based on which, 20 interviews with faculty members and the method of targeted snowball sampling. The research assessment tool was a semi-structured interview form that was finalized by experts with the help of interview and Delphi technique through selective coding. In order to analyze the data and to answer the research questions, the content analysis technique was used. The data analysis method consisted of three stages of open, axial and selective coding. After the theoretical saturation of experts, the model consists of 5 dimensions, 17 components and 111 indicators. According to the findings of the present model can be a good model for attracting faculty members of Farhangian University.
