Writers Guide

Introduction

All people must first register in the system to submit an article. Registration in the system is free for all people and does not require the approval of the system administrator. After completing the registration form, the password will be sent to your email. So, use the correct email address that you have access to. After receiving the password, enter the system, enter your article information and finally send the original file of the article. When submitting an article, pay attention to the main explanations on the author's guide page and the terms and conditions page. Prepare and edit the article according to the format and instructions of the magazine and register it in the system. Use an address to register and submit articles. It is recommended to register in the system only once.

 


Details and procedures for registering on the journal's website and submitting articles:

1- Join the system by completing the registration form

3- Login to the system with username and password

4- Completing the article information form, including the title, abstract, keywords, etc.

5-Uploading the main text file of the article

6- Submitting an article (If you have complied with all the terms and conditions, it is possible to submit an article. Otherwise, the submit article button will not be activated.)

Description of the registration form:

Fill out the registration form carefully.
· First, specify what name you are registering in the system. Specify your title. Correspondence with the same title will be done with you.
· Enter name, surname, education level, academic rank and specialty field carefully. This information helps the editor of the publication to make the right decision regarding evaluation and judgment based on the available information.
Phone number, mobile phone number is also essential. Considering that in some cases there is a need for immediate notification and the editor of the publication in a certain period of time, he should communicate with the people who have submitted articles or

have made some corrections, get a call, so let me know the available number.

Register the city of residence or work, postal address along with zip code, as well as the organization where you study or work, along with the organizational post or newly employed, for example, a student of the university's international relations department... or a member of the university's academic staff...
· To complete the registration, enter your e-mail address and username carefully. Your email address can be considered as a username. It is recommended to use your email address to complete the registration process. However, it is possible to use a username of your choice. If this name is not already registered in the system, you can use it.
· Use the correct email. In case you forget the password, it is possible to re-create the password and send it to your email address by entering the correct email address.
· If you wish to cooperate in the field of judging articles, or are interested in receiving a list of new articles, select the relevant option.

Key and important points

To save the information, enter the security ID and select the save option.
· The password will be sent to your email.
· Remember the password and change it after you log in for the first time.
Membership in the system is possible for everyone. By joining the system, you can post new articles, or choose your favorite articles from the published articles in the system and save and view them on your personal page.
· If you are sending the original article to the publication, carefully enter the information related to the article in the relevant section, which is explained as follows.
· In some cases, the password is sent to the SPAM folder. Please, if you did not receive the registration confirmation email in the system, first refer to this folder and specify that the emails received from the system are not SPAM.

Submission

After entering the system, use the options of sending and tracking the article to send the article. The cost of sending articles, refereeing articles and admission is free.

If you choose to submit a new article, the form below must be filled out carefully.

· Enter title, abstract and key words.

If the author or other authors participated in the preparation and editing of the article, enter their name, title and email address carefully. The system also sends them an email in order to inform them.

· Select the topic of the article and if your topic and field of expertise is not in the list of topics, suggest it to the system administrator.
· Enter additional explanations and finally upload the original file of the article along with other documents (if necessary) in the system.
Note that the author may upload the wrong file to the system. Therefore, first make sure the location of the final edit of the main article file.
If all the items are completed carefully, you can send the article. Otherwise, review the relevant form again and enter the necessary information in the system.
· If the article is submitted, a confirmation letter will be sent to the author.

Articles need revision

If your article is reviewed and initially accepted, you will be requested to fix the relevant bugs within a certain period of time and submit the new version. To do this, log in to the system and select the articles in need of revision option from the author's personal page. Make the desired corrections and then delete the previous file from the system and upload the new file.
