This research is quantitative in nature, applied research in terms of purpose, cross-sectional research in terms of time, and descriptive-survey research in terms of research method, as well as correlational. The statistical population of this research is the teachers of Tehran with a volume of 46,000 people, the sample size according to Cochran's formula is equal to 382 people and the sampling method in this research was cluster random. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure the variables and the Likert scale was used. The research hypotheses were performed using Pearson correlation test. The results of the study indicate that between education, functional system of education, level of economic and welfare facilities of teachers, development of teachers' professional skills, method of recruitment and selection of teacher training, membership rate There is a significant relationship between participation in teachers 'unions and political organizations and teachers' social status, and the mentioned variables have affected social status. Also, there is no significant difference between gender and social status of teachers.
